We offer a 7-day refund guarantee under the following conditions:

✅ The download link failed and we could not resolve it
✅ You were charged but never received your download link
We Cannot Offer a Refund If:
❌ You have successfully downloaded and accessed the product
❌ Your system does not meet the stated requirements (please check before buying)
❌ You changed your mind after downloading
❌ You claim the software does not work but have not contacted our support first
